Woodmaster® Foundation Systems have a callback rate of less than 0.5% for basement leaks.  In fact, we are confident enough to provide a full 25-year warranty against leaks!

A dry basement means a greatly reduced risk of mold & mildew.  Wouldn't you prefer a drier, healthier lower level?

Interesting Facts About Basements & Moisture

A poured concrete foundation starts out with 1,000+ gallons of water.  If the exterior is waterproofed, where does that moisture go as the wall cures?

A typical basement wall can draw as much as 10 gallons of moisture into your home every day!

Basements are one of the leading sources of excess moisture in homes today.

Excess moisture leads to mold & mildew.

Insulating a concrete basement wall on the interior will increase the risk of problems.

Many experts agree that concrete basements should not be finished and used as living space unless:

The concrete walls are properly insulated on the exterior rather than interior.

The concrete walls are waterproofed, not just damp-proofed.  Tar coatings are not waterproofing.

Carpeting should not be installed on concrete basement floors without underslab insulation.

Don't settle for a wet basement when you can have DRY living space!
