Estimating

Our unique foundation system is designed and engineered based on your building needs and designs. We review each plan independently for wall heights, backfill pressures against each side of the foundation, window & door openings, interior load bearing walls or point loads, as well as frost protection walls for your garage and steps. Pricing is then based on these design requirements. Our current customers tell us that we have the most detailed and informative pre-construction estimates in the business.

Design

Our salespeople and designers average 15 years in the industry, and it’s this greater knowledge and exceptional customer service that distinguish us from others. By reviewing and designing your entire foundation system prior to even pounding a nail, we are looking for discrepancies on your blueprints such as dimensions, wall thicknesses, angles and corners, window and door opening sizes, load bearing weights and locations, etc. This value added service allows for problems to be corrected long before you see the finished product on your jobsite.

Fabrication

Woodmaster foundation systems are prefabbed in a specially designed 16,000 square foot production facility. Some of our equipment used is hi tech framing tables, saws, and nailers. With computer controlled stations, lazor guided bridges, and the best of experienced hands, we produce the best foundation walls in the area. We focus on safety and quality, while adhering to a strict tolerance policy to assure only the finest material is used for your foundation.

Delivery & Installation

Walls are labeled and stacked in bundles which are then transported to your building site. Cranes or other specialized equipment are used to assist our installation crews with the erection of the walls. Customers tell us that by using our system, we can save them 2 - 3 days off their construction schedule for an average home. We enforce strict tolerances from our installation crews as top heights must be level to +/- ¼”, and each foundation must be square within 3/8”. And BEST of ALL, we stand behind our work with an exclusive 75 Year product warranty and a 25 Year warranty against leaks!
