Who are we?

    Woodmaster^® Foundations, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Wayne & Sandra Kimber and their son, Dwight.  The Kimbers became involved with Permanent Wood Foundations and panelized construction in 1972 after 13 years in the concrete and ready-mix business.  Their involvement with two different companies that specialized in the PWF system led them to form their own company based in Prescott, WI.

   In 1988, Woodmaster^® stepped outside the comfort zone of other basement companies by introducing the industry's only long-term warranty program.  This warranty now covers materials and labor for 75-years and also includes a 25-year warranty against leaks.

   With foundations installed in 28 states and a warranty system that is unmatched by any other foundation company, Woodmaster^® has proudly become an industry leader in the foundation and panelizing business.
